Last week I went to the store opening of the first Uniqlo shop in Belgium which you can find at the Meir in Antwerp. I had heard of Uniqlo before but I had totally no idea what to expect. When I entered the shop I felt like I was walking in to a rainbow, so many colors! Uniqlo isn't like all the other shops you know cause they don't follow trends. Their shops are filled with basics in every color and many many different fabrics. We all recognize that moment when we're searching for a basic item in just that specific color you can't find. Well Uniqlo is thé perfect store to find that color. If you can't find it there you won't find it anywhere. I also noticed they spend a lot of attention to the fabrics, the items are sorted by fabrics like wool and cashmere. It sounds expensive but it isn't at all. In this store you can afford cashmere items! I've no idea how they do it, but they do it ;). If I need new basic in the future I know where to go!
