My new glasses! I've been wearing glasses since I'm 16 years old. I only need them to read things on a distance like the blackboard at school, when I'm driving my car and sometimes to read the subtitles of a movie. Still many people don't know I have glasses. After those 8 years I still have my first pair. - no shame. Because I don't use them that much I never bought an extra pair or new ones. Until a few months ago I decided that my first pair of glasses became a bit old-fashioned. Finding a new pair wouldn't be that easy, I thought you could only find nearsighted glasses at an optic store. Yesterday I went to a new store in town called Flying tiger. I already knew it from my trip to Copenhagen so I couldn't wait to check it out. I've a weakness for goodies and stuff and at Flying Tiger everything looks so good! I came across those nearsighted glasses and I couldn't believe it. Without hesitating I tried them on and I was sold! For only 4 euros I took them home with me. How do you like them? I feel sooo fancy when wearing them haha!

  1. I come back from Copenhagen, and I also just fall in love with these glasses with wooden branches, unfortunately the blue was not available for my views , I took the black.

  2. Too bad they don't have a store like that here in the USA. But how were you able to find glasses that was perfect for what correction your eyes required? Did you just start trying on different prescriptions until you found the prescription that worked best for your eyes? Did they maybe have an eye chart available to test your own eye with? That would be a really good idea if they did.
