Tomorrow is thé day! The day I'll start again with sport exercises. I told you before that me and sport isn't a good combination but everything I can do at home sounds good to me. Since spring is behind the corner it's the perfect time to prepare for a bikini body. I don't have to lose weight but my body can use some exercising after all. Last year I tried the Blogilates app which was easy and nice to use. It costs 2 euros a month, that's really cheap! The exercises were very good and helpful but the level was to high for me. Sometimes it took me more than an hour a day to do all the exercises and most of them were so hard I had to stop which was very demotivating and frustrating. If you're already a sportive person I can suggest you the Blogilates app but if you never sport it's way to hard.
This year I'll try something new. New for me cause I think a lot of people have heard of the Kayla Itsines bikini body guide. I read a lot of good things about it and the exercises look good to me. It's nice that you can watch pictures on a paper or your at your laptop instead of a video so you can follow your own tempo. I'm very curious about it!
